You may choose to participate in the hearing process through ZOOM Video Conferencing on a PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android device or in person at the Department of Corrections Headquarters. Please find directions on how to participate using ZOOM attached below and to the HEARING DOCKET. If you do not plan on speaking, and wish only to observe, you can also watch the hearing live at the link below.
If you choose not to participate using ZOOM or in person, the Board will accept a detailed letter stating your position regarding the applicant’s request for parole. Letters can be mailed or emailed. We ask that you send letters at least 1 week in advance of the scheduled hearing date in order for the Board to have sufficient time to review your position statement.
